Merger of two iconic brands in six EUROPEAN countries

Having being brought two iconic Building products brands together, the challenge was to merge those by Brand and Organisation in six north-west European countries. Main focus was the brand-merger of both brands and the bonding of the two strong sales-organizations to one; unification and simplification of processes and back-offices were further objectives.

  • 200 FTE-assesment to establish leadership levels n-2 to n-4

  • Reduction of eight standing HQs to four new ones for unified brand
  • Draft of a Legal-Entity-Structure
  • Analysis and Introduction of an alternative Business Model for "Installation Services"
  • Reduction of BackOffice FTEs by circa 10%
  • Sustain reduction of HQ-cost by a seven-digit amount
  • Retention of sales volume during the implementation
